The room we booked was still occupied but the gave us 2 single rooms instead and it was great The location is so good everything is in walking distance and the rooms were super clean and comfy

After confirming my booking and paying a non-refundable amount, I was contacted on WhatsApp and sent the location of a completely different hotel. When I refused because it was not the area I booked, I was told that the original hotel was closed, yet it is still available for booking on Booking.com. My request for a refund was refused. This experience was misleading, unprofessional, and highly suspicious. I strongly advise future guests to be very cautious.

Nothing. Did not stay. Was dark and smelly and hotel had lost license. Cancelled and they would not refund money. Said they were licensed as an Airbnb. No one was available on the day of check in.
