I would like to express my high appreciation for the hotel in terms of cleanliness, elegant furnishings, and overall organization. I was comfortable during my stay with my family. However, I would also like to express my strong dissatisfaction with the way the front desk staff member treated me and my family from the moment we arrived. She refused to complete our check-in process and instead referred us to another staff member who was standing next to her. Throughout our stay, she continued to look at us in an uncomfortable manner and was not cooperative with our requests, which caused us considerable surprise and disappointment due to the poor treatment. Please note that this was our first time staying at this hotel, and we have never had any prior interaction with this staff member in any other place. We are therefore unaware of the reason for the very poor treatment we received as a family. I wished to formally document and report this incident to your management.
