Class of Travel
All economy class cabins have spacious legroom and passengers who require extra legroom can upgrade to either bulkhead or exit row seats.

Baggage Allowance
AirArabia’s baggage allowance is 32 kg for Economy class for checked luggage and 10kg for hand luggage. Air Rewards members can avail additional baggage allowance as a privilege.

Frequent Flyer Programme
Air Rewards, is the first loyalty program by low-cost carriers in the North African and Middle East region, rewards can be redeemed to pay for flight fares, increase baggage allowance, meal selection, insurance, and seat selection, every 100 points is equal to US$1.

Al Nawaras is Air Arabia’s in-flight magazine which shows the latest aviation reports specific to AirArabia and its destinations along with travel features, general news and health tips. The magazine has reserved a special section for Air Arabia's young flyers. SkyTime is the state of the art innovative in-flight entertainment system for passengers. Sky Mall offers a range of gifts for passengers, friends, and family. A free catalogue is available for each passenger and the products are said to be discounted. AirArabia does not serve non-alcoholic beverages but guests can choose a wide range of delicious refreshments from Air Arabia's Sky cafe.

Passengers from Sharjah can check-in online 36 hrs prior to the scheduled departure time.
