    Refund Policy
    The ticket refund policy of Air India helps customers to cancel tickets and get their money back. It is subject to fare restrictions, payment mode and certain rules for reimbursement. Refund amount is almost immediately processed or may take twenty days for credit card bank transfer.

    Baggage Allowance
    Baggage allowance varies in the national and international flights across sections. In case of domestic flight, it is 40 kg in executive class and first class. For the economy class, it stands at 30 kg and 20 kg in economy class. Baggage weight limitation in international flight is 40 kg and 30 kg in first class and executive class respectively. For the economy class, it is 20 kg. These numbers may vary as per rules. In-flight baggage allowance is up to 8kg each passenger.
